Medical Malpractice Case

Re a present medical malpractice case, of which I know the patient's name, but not the attorney representing same.

Is there a list of cases filed anywhere from which I can access this information?

If a lawsuit has been filed it is public record in the county of its filing

Visit or call the Clerk of Court's office in the County where the lawsuit was filed, provide the name of the party and since the information is public record, you should be able to learn whether a lawsuit has been filed, the case number and the names of all other parties to the case.
