Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
I woke up in the middle of surgery... I guess my DR was not at my side monitoring me as he should... now, they are billing me... Do i have a case?

I don't understand what your damages would be, so the likely answer is no. Waking up during surgery is not necessarily due to negligence on the part of any Dr. People wake up all the time.
