Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Medical Discharge
I got a medical discharge in Aug of 2000. The Army gave me 10% and service connection in 3 things, the VA gave me 30% and service connection in 7 things. I never knew that I could contest my discharge, but while hospitalized at a VA hospital someone told me that my case sounded suspicious and that I should investigate it. What do you think?

Re: Medical Discharge
I cannot comment except in general terms since I have not read you file. There may be a statute of limitations issue here because of the excessive time involved since your discharge.
Contact a local attorney experienced in military law and he may be able to review your file and give you a more definitive answer.
