Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

What action(s) I should take?

We are currently living in a condominium and my wife fell down the stairs last Saturday and she is currently on medical treatment/consultations. Should we report this accident to the management property? If so, how I should write the letter and what action(s) I could take? I know that my wife could have a % of responsibility but I have discovered some irregularities with the stairs that contributed to the accident: irregular surface on the steps of the stair, un-accessible handrails.

Also, could you provide an Attorney list from my area?

Thanks for anticipated!
