Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

help me please..!!!!!!!..

i was in a fender bender 2 almost 3 yrs.ago.the person i hit has had multi traffic accidents prior too this.and ,she went from wanting $100.00. at the time ,now she wants 27,000 i believe from past injuries ,what is my next step?
