new Home Buyer

I just purchased my new home on Firday and that night we went to look at it. While closing the blinds the blind fell on my toe and broke off my nail bed. Is the builder responsible for not installing properly?

The builder, or perhaps the subcontractor that installed the blinds, could be responsible for this. However, even if you prove they are liable for the accident, the question becomes are the damages significant enough to pursue legal action?

You have a case against the builder who put up the blinds. You must be able to show that it was negligently installed.
