Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

On the job injury, Lawyer on the take?

What should you do if hurt on the job of a major company and had to have surgery and everytime, you was sent back to work on light duty more damage is caused until the company said you couldn't come back? Work's comp. has been cut off pending a settlement but the Lawyer will not settled the case. Due to no income and no family and other issues, the car has been lost, everything was truned off then the house was lost. No income, no where to go for long, no longer have the ability to do labor work which is all I know how to do and I feel like I am getting messed over by the Lawyer I feel more like their client is the company instead of me. What should I do and how do I make a formal complaint against the lawyer?

It always seems for cases to take too long to the client. I suggest you make an appointment to meet with your attorney and ask him to address your concerns. Lawyers would not risk their licenses to "sell out" a client, nor would any responsible insurance company risk their right to do business.

Unfortunately Florida laws are not favorable to the injured workers and may become worse with our present Republican influence.
