Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

Lawsuit

If someone's wife died at home and if it could be caused from a car wreck a month before that, which was not her fault, could the husband bring a suit against the other car. If she had an accident shortly after that and it was her fault, would that effect the lawsuit? Thank you for your help. The autopysy report is not back yet, but should be soon. No one knows the cause as of yet.

Re: Lawsuit

Since you do not provide enough information no attorny can give a definite answer. If her death can be medically attributed to injuries sustained in the first accident you may be able to pursue a claim whether she had a subsequent accident or not.

Re: Lawsuit

Only after a review of the autopsy and the medical records could a proper reply be given. Anything is possible including a delayed reaction to the injuries from thew first accident.
