Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida
Sewing Someone because of Physical contact.
If person R is bothered by person M (let's say M lightly kicks R while R sitting on the floor.) If R warns M not to do it again or he will break his knee (with a witness in a respectful non-yelling tone of voice.) And then M does it again. So R does break M's knee. Can M sew R for this? Legally, is R at wrong?

R would be legally wrong, unless there was a valid case for self defense.
