Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Hi, I bought a property 3 years ago in florida, broward county, whose the square footage is slightly higher (3000sqf) than the one recorded in the property tax (2200sqf). My agent said at that time that there would not be any impact because I am not the one who modified the house. I have a doubt. Will I be able to resale with no problem?

Title insurance companies typically will not insure if they spot the problem or they will exclude from the insurance. If you plan on selling, I would recommend you have this cleared up.
