Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

A builder want me to sign a contract for a new construction home over computer to avoid a price increase tomorrow. My wife has not seen the lot. Can I get out of it if tomorrow she does not like it.

Not unless the contract allows it. Read the termination provision.
