Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I want to change my will but don't have time to set up another attorney appointment. Can I write my changes on my Last Will & Testament and will it be upheld in probate?

No is not enough. A change to a will has to be executed with the same formalities as the original will. Consult an attorney to do this and avoid mistakes.

Agree with prior response. Make the time to see an attorney
