Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I want to change my will but don't have time to set up another attorney appointment. Can I write my changes on my Last Will & Testament and will it be upheld in probate?

No is not enough. A change to a will has to be executed with the same formalities as the original will. Consult an attorney to do this and avoid mistakes.
