Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I'm under contract to sell my home but i can't close on time,( need about 30 days )Can i just postpone closing and what are the ramifications if the buyer doesn't go for that idea. thx.

Your contract controls the rights and obligations. It is in there that you will find if you have that flexibility.
