Im entitled to 10,000 dollars that was left for me after my grama passed away and its been a couple of years and it haven't been disbursed to me yet.

Is there an Estate that was set up? Did she have assets including the $10,000 at the time of her death? If the Estate has not been set up and you have the will, you can probate it and marshal the assets that exist.
