Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Best entity to use in real estate investing,LLC or S-Corp?

What would be the best entity for real estate investing?

- If I were to buy a foreclosure, fix it and lease option it?

- If I were to get a property using lease option, leasing it for 2 years and then selling?

- Buying a property,fix it up,quick turnaround sale?

Thank You

JC
