Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Fiancee and I recently put in an application for an apartment, and they are denying us because my fiancee is a child of an attorney, I was just wondering if that was legal.

yes they can deny whomever they want for whatever reason as long as not discriminatory. being the child of an attorney is not a protected class of people. Find another apartment.
