Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
finding a buyer for property
If I am not yet a licensed realestate broker, may I be awarded a finders fee for finding a buyer for a property FOR SALE BY OWNER?
If so what form then would I use to constitute this agreement?

No. That is a felony under Florida law. Only a licensed real estate broker or salesperson can receive compensation.
