Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex husband and I are selling our house in Ormond Beach Florida. WE are both on title and only he is on the mortgage. He says he is not required to get my signature on the listing agreement...is this correct?

Your signature is not required on the listing agreement, though I am surprised the broker has not required it. If you are on the title, no agreement to sell and no sale can be accomplished without your agreement and signatures to transfer the property.
