Husband and wife on a Condo Board of Directors

Are there any Florida Statutes prohibiting a Husband and Wife from being on a Condo Association Board of Directors at the same time?

Florida Law does not prevent this but many times the By-Laws or Covenants have a provision that only one member of the household may be on the Board at a given time. If the By-Laws or Covenants contain this provision, then the limitation is enforceable.
