I inherited my mother's home I now want to sell it my wife and I are no longer together her name is not on the deed or title do I need her permission to sell and do I have to share any of money made off the sale with her??

Did you live in the home as homestead with your wife? are you actually still married but just not living together? was the property transferred from your mother's probate to you? did you ever transfer the home into your wife's name with you? Get all your documents and see an attorney.
