Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I leased an apartment in Tampa, FL from management Company Called M1 , Because I know I will leave the apartment within 3 months, I was searching for the best lease contract condition for breaking the lease contract. The sales lady convinced me to choose the Florida Law Compensation is the best option for my case. I have discovered later that she deceived me and that was a trap as Florida law means I have to pay the rent till they lease the apartment to someone else!

The Sales lady left the Company because whole facility has been sold to another management company called M2 .

The GOOD THING HERE, nothing mentioned in my contract says that M1 may waive the contract to another management company without my agreement.

So I just have an agreement with the Old Management Company M1 and no signed contract between me and the new management company.

My Question is:

Can I get out from this situation without any harm or paying M2 money they dont deserve as they are not having any direct contract with me ?

Your lease agreement controls and must be reviewed. Not likely going to allow you to get out of your lease simply because the management company changed, but the lease agreement would control. Seek some legal guidance.
