Legally, what is the worst thing that can happen to me for transferring a deed of a rental property into an LLC without telling the bank that holds the property’s mortage? Is this fraud?

Likely nothing unless it is a transfer to an entity that you don't own. If you own the llc than probably no problem. If you transferred ownership without notifying them there may be an acceleration clause.
