Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

we listed our home with century 21. we refused to down in our price and refused to pay a cancellation fee. the realtor took our house off the market without our consent. What recourse do we have?

In order to answer your question without knowing additional facts. I would suggest that you ask the realtor to cancel your listing now since they've delisted it from the ways that they normally advertise properties that are for sale. I would suggest that you double check to see if your price is realistic and the realtor saying isn't saying that to you but you're not believing it because you believe something different but maybe not correct. Also, I would get a suggest you get a second opinion from a realtor in the area as to the value of your house listed by them or someone real estate company in your area .

Your contract with the agent controls, you really need to have that reviewed by an attorney.

Read the contract, but if they are no longer marketing the house, then it may have simply been cancelled. Get another Broker.
