Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I live in Florida and I signed a contract to purchase a house, today. Seller signed, also.

I am supposed to deposit $5000 tomorrow as earnest money. Is it too late to back out?

The contract controls. It needs to be read immediately to determine your rights and obligations. You should have had an attorney before signing it.
