Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We are located in Florida and wish to buy vacant property adjacent to us here. The owner has passed away up north and the executor up there is willing to sell to us. I was asked to check with Florida law on how to proceed. He said per the will, he does not have the right to sell deeds.

He needs to go to the probate court in whatever state he is in to resolve this or, you can buy it from whomever would inherit the property once it passes though the estate
