motion to quash a subpoena

how to respond to a letter,stateing an atty wants to have the bank show them our bank acct. we are almost in foreclosure,barely getting by, and don't have the funds for a bankruptcy atty. can we file a motion ourselves to quash the subpoena to the parties involved?

You can, but you'll have to have sufficient grounds for the motion or you may incur the other side's attorneys' fees.

I know you say you can't afford a bankruptcy lawyer, but this looks like one of those times when you can't afford NOT to have a lawyer.
