Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I moved out of a reversal house I lived in for 4 years. Handed keys to owner n Nov 30. I have heard nothing about my deposits. He had not responded to my 20+ texts and phone calls. The house is sold and closing tomorrow the 31st. Can I create a title issue and so the sake/transfer of the house till I have my deposits back. The 30 waiting period if over, and he had made no contact with me
