Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

can a =n association force you to move outof a condo 2 months after move in, and lease signed and all monies given to the owner. The reason would be denial of background/credit check. I was never told of being part of an association till now. association

The association by laws and rules and regulations would control this situation. You need to have them reviewed. The owner of the condo needs to be involved. Seek an attorney's assistance.
