Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I paid for my home in cash and I have all the paper work stateing this and I put my sons mother on the title with the promise she would pay rent, she never did, I want to know if I can take her off the tiltle she was not even their at the closing to sign it I just put her name on there and we are not married. Please help

If she doesn't voluntarily convey the property, then you will have to institute a partition suit.
