Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I paid an option for a new house. They started to build, and now I found out that they lowered the price for the same model in the same comunity. Can I do something?

A contract is a contract. You are bound unless the contract says otherwise. Try negotiating for upgrades to make up the difference in price.
