Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a parcel of land that has an ingress and egress easement road located on it. Its a dirt road and overtime the road is getting lower and lower. my property is higher that the rest of the road. do my neighbors have the right to dig dirt from my property (inside the easement and move it down the road to fix someone else's property (part of the same road)?

I don't want the part of the road that is on my property to become a bathtub like some of the other areas. I thought I still owned the dirt on my land?
