Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I purchased a landlocked property from the courthouse steps. I was threatened from the adjoining owners if I travel over their property they will have me arrested. They also claim I have no right to access my property over theirs until I get a court order to do so. Is this correct or am I able to travel to my land without worry?

You should retain a real estate attorney to review title to the property and obtain a survey to determine whether there are easements that give you the right to ingress and egress to your property.
