Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I received a letter in the mail yesterday from a law firm requesting that I provide my homeowner's insurance information. The firm was retained by another homeowner that I had a dispute with recently. Do I need to respond to this letter? If so, how should I respond?

Not until they explain why? You should report the incident to your insurance company.
