"Just received a notice of filing a motion for summary final judgment. What happens know? How long until we need to be out?"

There has to be a hearing first. If the judge signs the order at the hearing, then a posting will go on your place called a Writ of Possession. Then you have 24 hours to get out. How long from hearing to posting I can't tell.

If you have filed something and go to the hearing, maybe the judge, if you have a good issue that is in dispute, may not enter the judgement and require a hearing. A summary final judgment is when there are no issues in dispute to decide. If so, it may buy you some more time, especially if you are in the right, or the complaint and/or process by the landlord is defective.
