Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I recently broke up with my girlfriend and had to leave my belongings at her house to which I do not have a key for. My furniture, clothes and as well as my cat is still there and she has yet to return any of my phone calls or texts after she said she would either throw out or sell my things if they were not collected by the end of the month. I don't know what to do and have run out of options.

Go to the premises with moving truck and several helpers and call the Sherriff to gain access.
