Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I refinanced a home loan with Lend America was approved and closed on the loan and now the title company is telling me that the loan was not funded. I don't know who to pay the orginial lender or Lend America???

I thhink that company may have gone into bankruptcy. get with the mortgage holder to see who to pay.
