Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I rent a house on property that has 3 lots and also includes 3 rental mobile homes. The owner is offering to sell all the property and mobiles to us along with the house we are in. My question is what will happen as far as renting the mobiles out. Will we be charged seperate taxes or show the income we collect on our taxes? These are very old mobiles and were grandfathered in as being previous structures.

If you rent the mobile homes in your personal name, you will pay income tax on your personal tax return.
