Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I rent from a landlord, in a condo complex. The landlord included a washer and dryer in my unit, which is something the dondo complex does not offer its residents. My landlord so,d the unit to the condo complex and as of Jan. 1, I will be paying rent to the condo complex. When I move out in a few months, are the washer and dryer mine to take with me?

You don't own the washer/dryer unless your lease says you own them. They are now owned by the condo complex
