Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

rent to own

I am purchasing a home from my parents on a rent to own basis. I have been paying for over two years and find out they (my parents) have not been paying there mortgage payments and now the house is in foreclosure by a personal mortgage of the previous owners. what are my rights and how long do i have to move if it comes to foreclosure. We do not have any written agreement only virbal due to fact they still owed a sum of money. if the house forcloses do i have any legal right to money i have already paid towards the purchase.
