Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed a lease 2 days ago, can I get out of it?

I signed a lease on a house on Saturday and have since decided that I do not want the house. Can I get out of the lease?

Probably not. You need to have an attorney review the lease.

Generally, no. But, it depends on the terms and conditions of the lease. There may be an escape clause that may allow you to terminate the lease and walk away free from any liability. Seek the advice of counsel. An attorney needs to read and analyze the lease before you go marching off to the landlord to attempt to cancel the lease. Good luck.
