Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Simple question:

We live in Palm Beach County, Florida. An expired (over 20 years) foreign judgment (lien) exists on our home property. Inasmuch as the law says this is expired/non-existent, how can we remove this blemish from the records?

You cannot just remove it. Reviewers of title just have to evaluate its effectiveness when reviewing all documents.
