Does a text message agreeing to an offer to buy property constitute a binding agreement in the State of Florida? There was no exchange of money, no contract signed.

the question is whether the text messages combined create a complete and binding contract. are all the necessary terms there for an offer and an acceptance? no way to know this without seeing the messages.
