Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Time Share

My husband and I purchased a timeshare Dec. 2004.

We took our 1st week April 15, in Orlando, FL. This was our first visit and we were given the presentation and

model of a 2 bedroom, 2 bath approx, 1,200 sq. ft.

Upon on arrival we realized we were down graded in order to sign on the dotted line. We were fraudulantly given misinformation in order to sign us on. What do I have to do to get out of my contract and recoop my loses?

Where do I start?

You can potentially sue them under Texas Deceptive Practices Act, and for rescission of your contract. If you can prove your allegations, then you can recover damages in addition to getting out of your contract.
