Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If a time share owner does not want their timeshare anymore and is will to give it back to the Resort for free are they required to take it back under Florida State Law.

Hello. The timeshare company is not required to accept your deed back to them. They would have to agree to have you deed back the timeshare.
