my wife died a year ago , my name and her name is the only ones on the deed , how can i change the deed to only my name

You need to record a certified copy of her death certificate and a continuous marriage affidavit. you don't really need to do this until you are ready to sell the property. you cannot change the actual deed it will remain the same. This procedure simply changes record title for anyone doing a title search. speak to a real estate attorney. Sorry for your loss
