un qualified statement from doctor

i had a hearing with a ufavorable decision based on a dermatologist statement for which the judge went with that cost me my diability so i had to file another appeal the doctor stated that i was copable of working to full extent and he see no reason for me to see a chiropractic,pain specialist nuro doc or any doctor this man has never examined me physically i saw him 4/5 times a couple of min at a time i was under a chiropratic care at the time due to an auto accident he stated to disability that i was left with signifacant disabilities take in mind im a 500 lb black male with lots of health problems and i feel as though that he had no right giving a statement such as he did for which the judge took my statement to be false concerning my health from what the dermatoligist said and l0ooked over the statement my chiroprater said for whom has treated me for 6/7 months as a result i got an unfavorable decision is there any thing i can do about that

From your brief description it sounds like the Aadministrative Law Judge faild to give "controlling weight" to the treating doctors' opinions. You must timely request review by the Appeals Council. You may want to consult with a social security attorney because there may be other favorable evidnce that you could supply to the appeals council that could affect the outcome.
