Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

social security disability

I was on SSDI approx. 20 yrs ago due to Crohns disease. I returned to work fulltime in 1987 and after working a full year was taken off SSDI. I have had a difficult time on and off and have also developed additional health problems, i.e. Kidney disease, anemia etc. I still work but only able to work part time with great difficulty. I need my insurance to pay for my exorbitant medical and medication costs so I can't quit. Is there anyway I can apply for SSDI and still work?

Re: social security disability

You are ineligible to receive SSDI if you earn more than $940 per month before taxes under 2008 guidelines.
