auto accident in FL
the person who hit me has no insurance. Can I press charges or sue?

you can sue for your damages, unless your insurance company paid to fix your car. Then they will sue the person who hit you.
If you have personal injury you can sue for those damages. However, most people who have no insurance also have no money.
