Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Fender Bender
I recently had a fender bender accident. The person I rear ended said we did not have to file a ploice report so he took my driver license info and phone number. I was to blame but the damage to his vehicle was minor (under $400) and now he is calling me at home trying to squeeze over a Thousand dollars from me because he thinks he can get it. I have not turned in my damage to my insurer and wonder what to do? There were no witnesses and he is insisting I meet him and fork over cash. Thank you.
