Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Tag alteration

I was pulled over for Tag Alteration along with two other tickets for no registration and no insurance. I was told to report to court showing proof for the 2 tickets, the tag alteration i understand is a criminal offense. I'd like to know what my options are if any.

Re: Tag alteration

The tag charge can be a criminal misdemeanor, however there my be some excellent defenses based upon proving how the tag was altered.
